Avigail Graetz

Born in Israel 1975 to American parents, Avigail has a B.A & M.F.A in film and a M.F.A in creative writing. Avigail has been following the Dharma path since 2004 and started teaching mindfulness meditation in 2009 in prison. She continued teaching Dharma & mindfulness MBSR courses all over the world. She volunteers with cancer patients and uses the Buddhist teaching to support any encounter with sorrow and grief as well as joyous moments. Her film "Just This" wan the best international film award at the Burbank film festival, September 2023. Graetz published an award-winning novel in Hebrew translated to English in 2017, titled 'A Rabbi’s Daughter'. And a poetry book- Just This- poems of freedom 2024. She shares her life with the cinematographer Eitan Herman and their daughter, together they see themselves citizens of the world.

Eitan Herman

​Eitan Herman, born in 1973, is a videographer and filmmaker with rich experience. Working and creating for many years in a variety of projects in the field of photography, editing and directing films. 

During his career, Eitan worked on many different projects with variety of people, companies and TV series that gave him many skills and the ability to create quality and professional content.

 

In addition to his work in the field of cinema, Eitan worked for years in education, a field close to his heart. He taught in schools and led a kindergarten for three years, where he influenced the lives of many children and conveyed to them the value of freedom Self-development, respect for others, his love for cinema, and provided the students with important tools for critical thinking and self-expression.

In recent years, Eitan has been creating narrative and documentary short films with his partner, Avigail Graetz. Their films, which go beyond only artistic value, aim to provide the Audience a window into a more conscious approach to life. The two work in close collaboration, expressing their creativity and shared vision. 

The films they create have participated in festivals around the world and have succeeded in winning prestigious awards.
